This write-up provides a comparison between the Bo LED readout tests from April and August of 2013. It is intended to clear up inconsistencies found in the single and multiple ADC/PE measurements from the April test and to illustrate progress made by improving the splitter design. This progress mirrors the progress made from a coding standpoint of full and accurate readout of all events. All data from these runs has been entirely read out and analyzed, and this paper presents detailed statistics that uncover various bugs in the FPGA firmware. It also serves as an index to help guide discussion of final readout design and implementation in MicroBooNE.
